- Free Shipping above Rs.699.00
- No shipping charges throughout India above Rs.699.00
- We deliver throughout India, Monday-Saturdays, excluding India Public holidays.
- We would dispatch the order in 1-2 working days and it should reach you in 7 to 8 working days.
- If from Mumbai you can expect the delivery in 2 to 3 days
- Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the very same day if the item is in ready stock.
Exchange and Cancellation Policy
- For Perfumes, we do not accept Exchange or cancellation requests.
We do not accept returns.
- Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
- Clothing can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of the arrival of the product.
- Return courier charges will be applicable
- Within Mumbai ₹100 and outside Mumbai ₹200

Returns and exchanges will be subject to approval.
Make sure all the trims and tags are in the same way you received the parcel. Make sure you do not remove the “Do Not Remove” tag.
All products with the manufacturer's seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user, and hence ALBATROSS CLOTHING cannot accept the return unless there is a case of product malfunction.
Make sure the garment is not worn if you want to return it. We will not accept exchange or return if the product is used, spoilt, damaged, etc.
Products damaged from your end due to any reasons will not be accepted as returns.
Products that show willful damage will not be accepted as returns.
REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER:
We will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product or modifying any product or material or content from our website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
For approved returns, the amount will be credited to your Albatross wallet deducting the courier charges.
You need to 1st pay the courier fee for us to get the parcel picked up. Once we receive the parcel back, we take 3 to 4 days to check and approve the exchange. If approved then will be sending the desired product in exchange whose courier fees need to be borne by the customer.
Order will be processed only after receiving 100% payment
No refund will be provided if the order is cancelled after payment is accepted
For GST billing you must provide your GST number at the time of placing the order under the Billing Section.
